Managed Network & CPE

Infoplex manage customer networks and devices as well as offering core network connectivity via our Integrated Services Network (ISN) built on MPLS technology. For both services we provide enterprise grade SLAs and monthly reports on performance. The ISN enables customers to access to higher level services not available with standard layer 2 WANs or point-to-point links. The network connectivity can be combined with our Security Services so customers can leverage our network and security expertise. Customers can achieve enterprise class connectivity and data security without the expense of these in-house skills.

Integrated Services Network

Infoplex designed and built our Integrated Services Network (ISN) on MPLS technology to provide high speed, highly redundant links across Australia and access to other sites globally. MPLS is a highly scalable, protocol independant technology that makes it easy to create "virtual links" and is the current technology used by all major carriers worldwide for creating service provider or enterprise networks. The ISN forms the backbone of our Private Cloud solutions, by connecting to the ISN customers can build a Virtual Data Centre without any location costs or network link costs to the data centre.

Our ISN is built on best of breed Cisco technology and inherently caters for fault tolerance and high availability. Customers using our ISN to create their core backbone do not have to spend time on network design or topologies, routing protocols or core bandwidth estimations. As well as providing site connectivity the ISN provides access to a suite of services, security and advanced technologies in the network including:

• Quality of Service and prioritisation.
• Network monitoring and reporting.
• Transparent statefull firewall service.
• Threat Management via Network IDS.
• Internet connectivity.

These services are all provided on the ISN.

Managed CPE

Infoplex offer a managed CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) service that includes provision of the end device. With this service Infoplex will take care of configuration, monitoring and all changes and code upgrades. Infoplex has the expertise to design your network connectivity, select the most suitable edge device and provide a secure configuration if required.

Our 24x7 NOC and enterprise management systems will identify service affecting events within seconds of them occurring. We can report link outages to your telecommunications vendors before you may even be aware that the service is down.

We provide monthly reports on availability and bandwidth utilisation metrics so you can feed them back into your capacity planning. Migrating the management of network devices to Infoplex means you still retain control of your network while we do the work. For customers with capital invested in network infrastructure we can investigate taking over the management of your existing routers and switches, providing the relevant maintenance contracts are in place.

Infoplex can also provide and manage WAN acceleration technology. We currently manage devices throughout Australia and Asia and can assist with design and product specification as required.
