Infoplex offers a range of server configurations that can be tailored to meet your exact application needs. We offer a Hosted and Fully Managed option. A Hosted service gives you the flexibility to manage the OS yourself, while with the Fully Managed service Infoplex will provide, manage and monitor the system and OS. The Infoplex Dedicated Server platform offers a private server, with predictable performance for a fixed monthly cost. Each server can be hosted either as a core network server, or located in our secure perimeter allowing external access.

To maximise your cost saving, Infoplex offers a range of virtual server platforms that leverage the costs of the infrastructure across many users. Virtual servers can be rapidly deployed, and offer a wide range of configuration options. The Infoplex virtual server platform offers other benefits not available on dedicated servers, such as built in high availability and point in time snapshots.

Infoplex own and operate enterprise grade storage infrastructure. We can provide a range of storage solutions where you can choose between high-speed, feature rich storage options, or alternatively access cost effective storage for low risk data. The goal is maximum flexibility.

Infoplex offer Managed Backup/Recovery services as an option on every platform (dedicated or virtual) we build. We offer a range of flexible policies governing the data backup, and also provide a variety of retention policies to help you meet your compliance requirements.

Infoplex offers a diverse range of managed network offerings. Using our Integrated Services Network (ISN), we can provide high-speed private network MPLS access to all parts of Australia and to selected global locations. Once connected to the ISN, you have access to a variety of services in the “cloud” such as security, quality of service, wide area application services as well as detailed reporting and performance management tools. In addition to the ISN, Infoplex provides a managed router service for customers who do not wish to get involved with managing their connections with carriers. This service can include the provision of the router, management, monitoring and reporting.

Security is critical in any Enterprise network. Infoplex can provide a variety of security services in the “cloud” on our Integrated Services Network, or alternatively we have a remote security managed service, the Infoplex Shield, where by we can provide remote co-management of your existing perimeter infrastructure. Both of these options include 24/7 monitoring and management, security change validation and reporting. Our data centres utilise the highest standards of security infrastructure, and we can host Internet facing applications in our redundant 3-tier environment providing peace of mind, without the capital expense of building such a secure gateway model.
